Monthly Support – $49 per month
Most webhosts DO NOT provide technical support for WordPress. Our monthly support package is an affordable way to keep your site up to date without having to spend the time yourself or hire/train an employee to do it.
By subscribing you will receive the following services on a monthly basis:
- Update/Upgrade – We will ensure your WordPress and installed plugins are the current, latest versions and are configured properly.
- Trouble Shoot/Quality Check – We will test and fix any functionality issues including broken links, image viability, load time, etc. to make sure your site is running optimally.
- Support – You will receive WordPress help via email or phone during office hours (1 call or email per week)
- Updates or Additions To Your Site – With the Monthly Support Package, you receive 1-hour of our time to make any changes or updates you want. This can include installing a new feature (plugin), add a new email account, etc.
Monthly Support + SEM – $79 per month
In order to get and stay on the first page of the local search, you have to perform Local Search Engine Marketing (SEM) on a regular basis. But as a small business owner, you need to focus on your services and not your website.
Our Monthly Support + SEM package includes the services listed above PLUS ongoing SEM service. SEM varies client to client, industry to industry, but can include the following:
- Quality check new content you have added for keyword optimization
- Evaluate placement on searches and optimize site and profiles accordingly
- Build back-links to your site through directories, blog commenting, social media
- Identify other activities to increase page rank and SEO
- Ongoing PPC management
Add-ons and Additional Services Billed at $39 per hour, 1 hour minimum
After a consultation, an invoice is sent with the agreed upon amount of hours. This additional support can include the following:
- Graphics creation such as custom Twitter background or Facebook profile picture
- Pay-Per-Click Advertising Campaign Management (Google AdWords)
- Integration with email list management, set-up email capture form and programming of auto-responders. (Aweber, WAHMCart or Mail Chimp)
- Addition & configuration of e-commerce/shopping cart so you can sell products or services directly on your site. (WAHMCart, 1ShoppingCart, PayPal)
- Installation of forum or chatrooms, enabling you interact with your customers directly from your site.(phpBB, BuddyPress)
